The introduction of Major
应用物理学专业成立于1985年，陕西省名牌专业，如今已形成了在应用物理学领域从本科、硕士到博士的完整人才培养体系，2012年入选工业和信息化部重点专业，2019年被批准为陕西省“一流本科专业”建设点, 2020年应用物理学专业入选国家首批“强基计划”招生改革计划。本专业依托超常条件材料物理与化学教育部重点实验室和陕西省凝聚态结构与性质重点实验室，拥有包括院士、杰青、省级教学名师在内的高水平师资队伍，现有专任师资31人，其中教授10人，副教授、高级工程师、高级实验师12人。形成了以空间材料科学、智能材料物理、材料表面与界面、极端条件下新型材料制备与物理性质等为主的研究方向。培养具有扎实物理学理论基础和实验技能，良好的数学、外语和计算机应用能力以及较强工程实践能力的宽口径、通用型科学技术领域拔尖创新人才。
Established in 1985, applied Physics is a famous major in Shaanxi Province. Now, it has formed a complete talent training system in the field of applied physics from bachelor's, master's and doctor's degree. In 2012, it was selected as a key major of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2019, the program was approved as the construction site of "First-class Undergraduate Major" in Shaanxi Province. In 2020, the program of Applied Physics was selected into the first batch of national "Strong Foundation Plan" enrollment reform plan. This professional relying on the superior conditions of material physics and chemistry of Ministry of Education key laboratory and aggregated structure and properties of shaanxi province key laboratory, including academicians, changjiang scholars, all, provincial teaching masters, the high level of teaching staff, the existing full-time teachers 31 people, including 10 professors, associate professors, senior engineers, senior experimentalist 12 people. The research direction of space material science, intelligent material physics, material surface and interface, preparation and physical properties of new materials under extreme conditions has been formed. To cultivate top-ranking innovative talents in the field of science and technology with a solid theoretical foundation of physics and experimental skills, good mathematics, foreign language and computer application skills, and strong engineering practice ability.
