On the evening of December 19, 2025, the 16th "Cultural Bridge" New Year’s Gala and International Student Awards Ceremony of Northwestern Polytechnical University was successfully held at the Aoxiang Student Activity Center, Chang’an Campus. Students from all over the world gathered to celebrate the New Year, creating unforgettable memories through the collision and fusion of diverse cultures. Centered around the theme "Beauty in Diversity, Harmony in Coexistence," the gala conveyed a beautiful vision of mutual respect, inclusive learning, and shared growth among Chinese and international students.

Divided into three segments, the gala took the audience on a journey that ranged from traditional folk performances to modern, stylish acts, and from soulful, evocative solos to high-energy band ensembles. It felt as if one were traversing the vast lands of five continents, fully immersed in a magnificent tapestry of interwoven global cultures. Every performance touched the heart, allowing the faculty and students in the audience to deeply experience the profound depth and vitality of our diverse world.

The awards segment was another highlight of the gala, honoring a group of international students who demonstrated outstanding performance in academics, practical work, and cultural exchange. These students have not only excelled in their professional studies but have also served as bridges of friendship and vital links for cross-cultural understanding, fostering deeper connections between Chinese and international students.

As the final dance came to an end, the gala concluded on a high note, filled with laughter and celebration. This "Cultural Bridge" event was more than just a spectacular show; it was a shining example of how NPU’s International College creates a mutual platform for global exchange. Moving forward, the school remains committed to this "Cultural Bridge" initiative, helping more international students grow academically and build lifelong friendships, ensuring that our campus continues to be a vibrant crossroads of world cultures.
