1. Each participating class shall send the registration form (Attachment 2) to the designated mailbox according to the specified time with reference to the rules and regulations of the individual competition (Attachment 1).
2. Registration time: from now until 18:00 on March 31st.
3. The members of each team must be undergraduates, postgraduates (postgraduates include master's degree students and doctoral degree students), international students and pre-college students of the same administrative class. A student can register for more than one competition at the same time.
V. Eligibility and Examination of Athletes
(I) Eligibility of Athletes
Athletes must be students enrolled in the university who are officially admitted in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on the unified entrance examination and admission of institutions of higher education (as well as the relevant special admission policies).
(II) Qualification Examination
1. The Department of Physical Education examines the eligibility of athletes according to the Statute of the Sports Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University and the competition regulations of the "SANHANG CUP" Small Class Competition, and adopts the form of publicizing the list in electronic version before the competition to review and supervise the eligibility of athletes.
2. Athletes participating in the competition will be checked and entered with their student ID, student card or other documents that can prove their identity, and they must carry them with them during the competition. If an athlete loses his/her ID, he/she should report the loss in writing in a timely manner, and if possible, the ID should be replaced in a timely manner.
VI. Grievance Handling
(1) the teams have the right to violate the eligibility requirements of the sports team (member) and the competition related matters, the competition in line with the principle of who reported who adduce evidence, the complaint must be submitted to the Association of the formal written complaint report and materials.
(2) Any sports team (member) that violates the rules of the competition will be disqualified from the competition and the relevant persons will be held responsible.
VII. Competition Methods
(1) Refer to the competition regulations of each program;
(2) The competition shall be conducted according to the competition rules approved by the International Single Sports Organization or Northwestern Polytechnical University Single Sports Association, and the specific regulations shall be shown in the competition regulations of the relevant items;
(3) The competitions will use the equipments recognized by the International Sports Organization or the Association of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
VIII. Rewards
The competition rewards the first 8 places. Those who get the first 3 places in the competition will be awarded gold, silver and bronze trophies and certificates of award; those who get the 4th to 8th places in the competition will be awarded medals and certificates of award.
IX. Announcement of competition results
The results of the competition include the results of each individual competition, according to the competition schedule of each individual association to announce the results of the competition.
X. Technical Officials
(1) Technical officials (including technical representatives, arbitrators and referees, etc.) shall be selected by the Sports Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and each individual association shall refer to the implementation.
(2) The technical officials of each sport shall be selected and assigned by all the teachers and students of the university as a matter of priority. If there is a shortage of personnel, they can be reported to the Sports Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University for examination and approval, and apply for transferring the technical officials from other countries.
XI. Clothing requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the competition regulations, rules and other relevant regulations of each event.
XII. The Sports Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University shall explain the outstanding matters.
