X-ray film (without CD) will be attached to the medical examination report done within six months at the national hospital;

Notes：

According to the notification from counselor, students can make an appointment by themselves or go to the quarantine and inspection center for a physical examination by unified appointment;

After the physical examination, students need to go to the physical examination center to collect the results according to the time on the acceptance certificate issued by the Quarantine Bureau. The acceptance time is generally within a week;

After receiving the physical examination result, you need to submit to the International College with other registration materials to complete the registration procedure.

2、Completion of visa extension: According to the notification of the International College, please go to International Student Office (ISO) to get the relevant documents and then bring all the documents including the materials below to the Public Security Bureau (PSB) for visa extension.

2. One copy of the latest visa page (should include the Chinese customs entry stamp)

3. One original JW201 / 202 form yellow page

4. One original physical examination report

5. One temporary accommodation registration form

6. Three 2-inch color photos (white background)

7. In addition, it is necessary to submit the visa application form, extension of official letter, tuition exemption explanation and other materials provided by ISO (International Student Administration Office)
