1)The Recruitment Program for Innovative Talents (Long Term)

Application requirements

Applicants shall be under 55 and those in social sciences shall be under 60; applicants shall with full professorships or the equivalent abroad;

applicants shall work for more than 9 months per year at NPU for 3 consecutive years Salaries and Benefits1 million RMB research subsidies from central governments, 1 million RMB counterpart research subsidies from Shaanxi Province（This lump-sum bonus will be exempted from personal income tax）；

Annual salary (600,000-1 million RMB, pre-tax);

300,000 RMB settling-in allowance; scientific research platform fund (upon negotiation); providing expert apartment

Application requirements

Applicants shall be under 55;

applicants shall with full professorships or the equivalent aboard;

applicants shall work for more than 2 months per year at NPU for 3 consecutive years Salaries and Benefits500,000 RMB research subsidies from central governments, 500,000 RMB counterpart research subsidies from Shaanxi Province（This lump-sum bonus will be exempted from personal income tax）；

Monthly salary (80,000-10,000RMB, pre-tax), which will pay as the actual time of filling position;

scientific research platform fund (upon negotiation);

providing expert apartment

3) The Recruitment Program for Foreign Experts (Long-term and Short-term)

Application requirements

Applicants shall be under 65;

applicants shall with full professorships in foreign universities;

applicants shall be non-Chinese; applicants of long-term program shall work for more than 9 months per year and applicants of short-term program shall work for more than 2 months per year at NPU for 3 consecutive years Salaries and BenefitsLong-term program:

1 million RMB research subsidies from central governments, 1 million RMB counterpart research subsidies from Shaanxi Province（This lump-sum bonus will be exempted from personal income tax）；
