1)Application requirements

a) Those in natural sciences and engineering shall be under 40 and those in social sciences shall be under 45.

b) Applicants are top young talents among peers with clear research orientations and high-level academic achievements.

c)Thousand Talents Plan Young Scholars, Cheung Kong Young Scholars,Winners ofYoung Top-notch Talents of National Special Support ProgramandNational Outstanding Young Scholars Fundwill be recommended preferentially.

d) Applicants shall work in NPU on a full-time basis since signing agreement.

2)Salaries and Benefits

a) Salaries and benefits are according to specific positions; NPU Soaring Young Scholars enjoys normal income and extra allowance of 80,000 RMB per year among the training period.

b) Research start-up fund,settling-in allowance, housing and children education are according to NPU Talents Recruitment Standard.

c) Providing support for scientific research platform according to actual working requirements.
