专业简介Program Overview
行政管理专业隶属于公共管理学科，依托公共管理博士点、公共管理一级学科硕士点和和公共管理专业学位硕士点（MPA），培养掌握现代公共管理理论、方法和技术，能运用本学科基础理论、专门知识和专业技能，具备公共意识、公共精神、公共责任，具有创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力，适应新时代中国经济社会发展要求，能够胜任政府及其他公共部门管理和研究工作的领军人才。
The major of Public Administration is subordinate to the discipline of Public Administration, relying on the doctoral program of Public Administration, the master's program of first-level discipline of Public Administration and the Master's program of Professional degree of Public Administration (MPA), to train students to master modern theories, methods and technologies of public administration, be able to use the basic theories, specialized knowledge and professional skills of the discipline, and have public consciousness, public spirit and public responsibility. With innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability, adapt to the requirements of China's economic and social development in the new era, and be competent for government and other public sector management and research leaders.

就业方向Career Destinations
毕业生可以在本校或国内外著名高校的行政管理、公共政策、数字公共治理等方向继续攻读硕士、博士学位，也可以选择在党政机关、企事业单位、高等院校、军工集团、研究机构、大型企业、国际组织、社会组织等部门从事管理或服务工作。
Graduates may pursue master's or doctoral degrees in administration, public policy, and digital public governance in the university or famous universities at home and abroad. They may also choose to engage in management or service work in party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, colleges and universities, military industry groups, research institutions, large enterprises, international organizations, and social organizations.
