西北工业大学管理学院历史悠久,脉源两支。1990年经原国家航空航天工业部批准,由1984年成立的中国设备管理培训中心和1985年成立的管理系合并成立。

西北工业大学自建校之初就开展管理教育和研究,上世纪50年代即开设了“企业组织与计划”和“现代企业管理”课程,1982年管理专业开始正式招收和培养硕士研究生,1983年获准设立“航空宇航系统工程及管理工程”硕士点,1985年成立了管理系。

中国设备管理培训中心是适应国家改革开放后工业企业设备管理专业人才培养需求,经原国家经委和航空工业部批准于19845月在西北工业大学成立的。1987年起中国设备管理培训中心和管理系与英国Lancaster大学、Keele大学和Hull大学联合培养MBA,是国内最早的中外联合培养MBA项目之一。

多年来,学院的建设与发展得到学校及上级部门的关心指导和支持,先后有三位学校领导兼任学院院长,推动学院快速发展。


The school of management ofNorthwestern Polytechnical Universityhas a long history, with two branches. In 1990, with the approval of the former Ministry of aerospace industry, it was set up by mergence of the China Equipment Management Training Center established in 1984 and the Management Department established in 1985.

In the fourth round of discipline evaluation of the Ministry of education, the discipline of management science and engineering was rated as B +, and the discipline of business administration was rated as B -. In the ranking of world-class discipline management of soft science, it ranked 301-400 in the world.

SOM has 90 full-time teachers, including 30 professors and 43 associate professors (1 foreigner), more than 94% of the teachers have doctoral degrees, and more than 80% of the teachers have overseas study and visiting experience.

SOM is committed to the innovation of management theory and serving management practice. In recent years, more than 100 scientific research projects above the provincial and ministerial level, such as National Natural Science Foundation projects and national social science foundation projects, have been added, and more than 200 high-level journal papers have been published. It has won 18 provincial and ministerial scientific research achievement awards and published more than 20 monographs and translations.

1、 研究方向及介绍 Research Direction and its introduction:

管理系统工程:研究内容是管理系统的建模、分析、设计、优化、控制、预测和决策;能采用定性和定量相结合的方法,对典型管理系统问题进行分析、优化和决策。

信息管理与信息系统:面向组织管理问题,重构信息技术环境下组织管理模型,设计信息系统的开发方法与工具,提出信息系统解决方案。探讨信息系统分析、设计、实施和应用中的前沿问题。以数据挖掘和大数据分析技术为平台,进行商务数据分析,为企业运营管理与决策提供服务。具体分为系统开发、技术算法和商用服务三个方面

项目管理:项目管理研究方向突出与国际接轨的共性项目管理研究,主要内容包括开展以PP&PM为导向的项目论证、计划与调度、软技术等理论研究;以及面向国防工程、建设工程、信息工程、制造工程等领域以项目为中心的项目管理和企业项目管理的管理理念、组织、机制、方法、流程等应用研究。

战略管理:战略管理涵盖了一个企业或组织为确定一定时期内全局的、长远的发展方向、目标、任务和政策,以及资源调配做出的一系列决策和管理艺术,战略管理研究即是对这些决策与管理艺术提供有效支持。为此,需要研究企业运营与发展中影响全局的经营管理问题、企业战略与公司治理,价值链整合与战略联盟等,特别是针对全球化、新经济时代的特点,以及中国经济转型期遇到的新问题,科学揭示其内在规律。

Strategic management covers a series of decisions and management arts made by an enterprise or organization to determine the overall and long-term development direction, objectives, tasks and policies in a certain period of time, as well as resource allocation. Strategic management research is to provide effective support for these decisions and management arts.
